Location: Boon Lay
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $4,000 - $5,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries and manage cash flow.
- Oversee payments for subsidiaries and handle intercompany confirmations.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate income tax filings and review GST work prepared by assistants.
- Liaise with bankers, external auditors, corporate secretarial teams, and tax agents.
- Contribute to Group’s monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly financial reports.
- Ensure timely submission of ECI/Tax filings for the Group.
- Assist with annual budget preparation and ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamic accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
