Logistics Executive (m/f/d)
Your Tasks:
- Handling of daily order processing activities
- Creation, management of orders and shipment requests,
- Arrange, monitoring and follow up deliveries via courier and air freight,
- Preparing shipment documentation/paperwork
- Create Purchase Orders and follow up with vendors
- Manage the update media delivery process
- Monitoring of new publication/editions releases by contacting vendors
- Update and clean data records in internal and external documents
Your Profile
- Good communications skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Personal initiative and responsibility.
- Enjoy a fast-paced work environment and enjoy an open work structure.
- Diploma in Maritime Business or similar preferred
- Work experience in the maritime sector preferred
