Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Logistics Supervisor to lead and manage a dynamic logistics team of four. The ideal candidate will oversee the effective execution of four key logistics functions:
- Oversee receiving of customer parts and ensuring accurate & timely processing.
- Coordinate and manage the airfreight shipment of customer parts outside Singapore. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and maintain timely delivery schedules.
- Supervise the receiving of inventory, verifying quantities and condition of goods. Address discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Oversee the storage of inventory, ensuring proper organization and accessibility. Manage the issuing process to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on logistics operations, including performance metrics, inventory levels, and shipment status.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply chain or related business studies.
- 5 years experience in Logistics
