Functional
● Soliciting new treasury customers.
● Increase our wallet sizes with the existing treasury customers.
● Increase treasury products breadth with the customers.
● Pricing and structuring both asset and liability solutions across all asset classes and also hybrid.
● Organizing client events – seminars, training, appreciation luncheon/dinner etc.
Managerial
● Formulating business plan and strategies for the region/portfolio assigned.
● Tracking of run rate and pipeline deals.
● To coach and manage the junior dealers.
Organizational
● Work with the Business & Corporate Banking (BCB) division on account plan for major clients.
● Give training on Treasury solutions or products to the BCB and Trade counterparts.
● Guide BCB counterparts on procedures and documentations for treasury related facilities and deals.
● Work on Structured Financing opportunity with BCB.
● Provide support to overseas branches on Corporate Sales business.
● Facilitating cross border synergies and deals.
● Proposed business models to achieve sustainable growth for the GM business.
● Liaising with multiple stakeholders in the delivery channels processes enhancements.
Education/ Qualification
● Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent.
● Completed FMRP (Financial Markets Regulatory Practices) Examinations
Requirements
● Have at least 8 years of experience in Treasury Sales and Marketing.
● Familiar with FX Option, Interest Rate Derivative and Commodity Solutions.
● Experience in guiding, coaching and motivating juniors.
● Strong knowledge in pricing and structuring of Derivative Products across asset classes.
● Familiar with both assets and liability solutions.
● Strong in Marketing and Relationship building.
