Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full set of accounts - preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Responsible for daily finance operations which include payments, receipts, AR, AP, GL and other accounting functions.
- Reconcile balance sheet items and prepare schedules.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation
- Prepare GST returns/reconciliation for review before submission.
- Maintain good documentation and filing system
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience is required for this position.
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Candidates should be comfortable using Cloud Accounting Systems
- Meticulous and eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills and a good problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under stress with minimum supervision.
- Able to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environments.
- Mature and independent.
- Responsible and possess a positive attitude.
