JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain and further develop the existing client relationships designated under your care.
  • Deliver and upkeep top quality KYC & Investment Profiling on all your clients and ensure records are kept and updated frequently and as timely as possible.
  • Ensure clear and proactive communication within the team, as well as support the Team Lead on crafting regular communications to clients on investment as well as operational matters.
  • Assist the Team Lead with the development of client management strategies to assist in the alignment of business service provision to client needs and expectations.
  • Participate in the account meetings/reviews with clients (on and offshore) alongside the Team Lead.
  • Assist the Team Lead in the definition and execution of our business development strategy.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the culture & values of the company during interactions with clients as well as business events.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Candidates must accept this position as a "long term career" commitment and not as a "job" they can often change.
  • Candidate preferably possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in any field and have passed CACS/module 3 IBF exams or commensurate direct working experience as Client Relationship Manager.
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese (Written and oral Mandarin required while Cantonese would be an asset) to be able to liaise with clients.
  • At least 5 years of related working experience in a bank or fund management company, preferably as a Relationship Manager in Private/Personal banking. We also accept mid-career change bankers, who may come from different banking background or even non-directly relevant industry but have a great client servicing capability and relationship building skill.
  • Required Skill(s): Client Servicing/Relationship management, On-boarding/KYC of clients, Financial Analysis, Investment Portfolio Construction experience.
  • Candidates have worked with investment instruments: Equities / Fixed Income / Funds/Asset Management / FX/MM / Hedge Funds / Securities / Commodities.
  • Competent working experience on Microsoft Outlook Email System, Excel Spreadsheet, Word, PowerPoint Presentation.
