Finance
- Process supplier, customer invoice and accounts payable.
- Accounting data entry and documentation filling.
- Preparation, review and provide advice on transactions relating to quarterly GST returns.
- Administer and maintain records, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare for annual audit.
Admin
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
- Liaise with supplier in China.
Logistics
- Plan and coordinate international shipment of goods.
- Arrange shipping documentations such as permits, export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping, routing of products etc.
- Maintain shipment documentations.
- Liaise with 3rd party transporters on import and export cargo logistics and rates.
- Liaise with other departments in order to maintain and establish relevant import export, activities and support in relation to the company sales activities, purchasing, materials management, production and organization overall function.
- Assist with the logistics needs.
- Assist with warehouse
- The job role requires being present at the warehouse whenever required to assist with the dispatch of goods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Finance/Business or equivalent
- Mininum 1 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Experience in managing finance and logistics.
- Familiar with a variety of the Singapore and global trade concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with China supplier.
- Familiar with GST reporting requirement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
