Assistant Office Manager

Zhaolim Pte. Ltd.

Job description:

  1. Assist the Director for scheduling, appointments and business/personal travel arrangements.
  2. Responsible for liaising with external parties to upkeep the building.
  3. Attend to tenants as and when necessary.
  4. Filing and other administrative tasks.
  5. Any other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  6. Running errands and supporting events where necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree
  2. Possess a Class 3A driving license with minimum 2 years of driving experience
  3. Able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin
  4. Proficient in Word and Excel
