Responsibilities
- Prepare the monthly financial and management reports within the stipulated timeline.
- Prepare monthly management / financial reports with analysis against budget
- Supervise and maintain books of accounts for all companies under the Group.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee year-end procedures - accruals, prepaids, receivables and payables; any other journals as required.
- Financial year-end preparation of accounts for audit. Liaise with Auditors to ensure clean signoff. Follow up on closing any audit gaps.
- Prepare quarterly accounts for GST submission
- Prepare Tax Computation.
- Involve in budget preparation.
- Work closely with the respective business units to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, ACCA or equivalent
- At Least 5 years of relevant experience of related field
- Experience in presenting financial reports and analysis to management
- Full sets of accounting experience required especially in commodity trading industry
