As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and ensuring the growth of our company revenue. This position is ideal for a dynamic professional with a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experience
Job Descriptions
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to uncover new opportunities and refine our sales approach.
- Drive sales and increase revenue in a short period through effective strategies and execution.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Help the marketing team to run campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print, to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships, addressing their needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, providing them with the tools, resources, and support needed to close deals and exceed targets.
Working Hours
- 5 Day Work Week – Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm)
Job Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Experience in executing events that generate leads and drive profitable revenue.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude that fosters a supportive and respectful work environment.
