Job Responsibilities:
1.As a project manager deliver services to customers after signing up, ensure customer activation and continued use of the product, uncover new value points from current services, and communicate information about the newly discovered value points to the customer for their knowledge. Specifically include:
- Communicate with clients to form project proposals and project timelines based on client needs
- Sorting out the client's business activities and business processes;
- Combing the client's accounting entries, valuation rules, financial processes, accounting entries, cost rules, and reconciliation rules in accordance with applicable accounting standards;
- Combing the client's internal, regulatory, audit, and tax data and reporting requirements, forming a data requirement template and submitting it to the production and research for review.
- Assist customers to complete subject, account setup, and consolidated statement configuration;
- Assisting customers in completing the configuration of accounting rules in the system and generating corresponding books and reports;
- Assist customers to complete balance verification, statement reconciliation and transaction reconciliation.
2.build a product community of satisfied customers, collect customer feedback and testimonials, and write customer cases.
3.Develop optimal action plans and execute when product expansion opportunities arise. Responsible for helping to complete renewals and reminding sales specialists to assist customers with the purchase process.
4.Ensure that customers continue to use the product to ensure the sustainability of monthly fee revenue and conduct quarterly return visits to responsible customers.
Competency Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in finance or auditing with a minimum of Degree or equivalent qualification;
- Finance position related experience is preferred, CPA-related qualification is a plus;
- fluent in English and Chinese communication to liaise with stakeholders and clients;
- Extensive project management experience (audit, consulting, or digital projects) is preferred. The candidate must be able to develop project programs and plans and organize project meetings.
