We are currently partnering with an innovative restaurant that is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to join their humble team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Restaurant Manager regarding day-to-day operations, providing comprehensive updates.
- Exemplify exceptional customer service standards by promptly and courteously attending to guests, ensuring their dining experience is not just satisfactory but delightful.
- Meticulously set up the restaurant for opening, ensuring that tables are meticulously arranged and prepared according to established standards.
- Answer calls, note down booking reservations and update accordingly
- Extend a warm and genuine welcome to all arriving guests, setting a positive tone for their dining experience from the moment they enter or leave the restaurant
- Maintain all guest folios in the manner instructed and type out necessary guests' likes and dislikes to the appropriate fields on the profile
- Demonstrate professionalism and discretion when addressing guest complaints or issues, promptly escalating matters to management while proactively seeking resolution
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.
- Proficient in English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assertive and adaptable, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
