Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Offer a welcoming and compassionate touchpoint for all visitors and clients
- Manage incoming calls, emails, whatsapp and correspondence with a commitment to excellence
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring a seamless flow for our practitioners
- Knowledge on Plato and Xero platform - an advantage
Administrative Tasks:
- Support our team with document management and billing
- Help coordinate the care of clients amongst various practitioners and doctors
- Oversee inventory, order supplies, and assist in the general upkeep of the clinic space
- Manage social media accounts (will be compensated accordingly)
