Job Overview:As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our limousine services. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations, managing the driver team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of limousine services, including scheduling and dispatching drivers.
- Manage the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained, fully insured, and meet all safety standards.
- Monitor and track the performance of drivers, ensuring punctuality, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with clients to ensure that their transportation needs are met efficiently and to their satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of drivers, including those with vocational licenses for small buses.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with fleet management software and GPS tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and requirements, including vocational licensing, is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
