Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm
Salary Ranges: S$3,500 to S$4,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain clients’ accounts – accounts receivables, accounts payables, reconciliations, and invoicing.
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of accounts.
- Assist in GST Filing and maintain proper filing of accounting statements and records.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial documents and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaise with clients on statutory and corporate compliance matters.
- Take up additional duties to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy with at least three (3) years of relevant working experience in an accounting firm or shared services centre.
- Sound analytical and meticulous in numbers.
- Good communication with sound interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with strong accountability.
- Experience working with XERO and other accounting software, particularly in managing financial data, generating reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance, is preferable.
