Key Responsibilities
This role is based in Singapore, and directly reports to the Senior Director (Tax).
- Manage tax matters, and oversee tax compliance, tax reporting, and tax advisory.
- Keeping abreast of any tax regulation changes and providing timely advice on the potential impact.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure services are delivered promptly, maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Assist in strategies and framework advisory to minimize tax exposure and reduce tax risks.
- Work with team members, cross-functional colleagues, and stakeholders to resolve tax issues and drive communication to emphasize tax impacts.
Education and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant tax experience.
- Good understanding of Singapore tax laws and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance, tax planning and transfer pricing.
- Familiarity with international tax knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
