1. Working experiences in HDB BTO projects.
2. Coordinate and review shop drawing.
3. To carry out short-term planning to meet site progress
4. Able to resolve all technical issues.
5. Must be able to liaise with Authorities , Developers, Consultants , Sub Contractor and Suppliers.
6. Ensure site operations , comply to all authorities requirements and ensure standards and specification for project are properly implemented.
7.To co-ordinate, program and monitor site work & materials
8.Monitoring of interfacing works and resloving site issues between subcontractor
