Our Client:
Our client is a well-established global Healthcare company based in Japan. They specialised in Medical devices and are currently looking for a Scientific Affairs Officer to join their growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- To provide timely and comprehensive support to our distributors and customers on application-related inquiries
- To create high quality scientific marketing materials (e.g. newsletters) for our distributors and customers
- To create and conduct high quality presentations on products and latest development of the diagnostic industry to distributors and customers
- To organise and participate in events (e.g. exhibitions or webinars) organised to raise awareness on products and services
- To create and conduct easy-to-understand product training for members, distributors and customers
- To support Sales team and distributors, and when required, liaise with headquarters’ regulatory team on regulatory matters related to medical devices and services
- To participate proactively in meetings with other global Scientific Affairs personnel to exchange information for enhancing the overall scientific knowledge
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to create and conduct high quality presentations in person or online
- Able to work in a team environment with effective interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Possess a professional demeanor and strong work ethic, as well as the ability to adapt to different cultures
- Possess a customer-oriented attitude with an attention to detail
- Willing to travel overseas for short work trips
