Own Platform
· Strong liaison with business partners on sourcing online products and promotions
· Coordinate well within eCommerce team and cross-departments for campaign/promotion setup
· Provide sales and stocks forecast
· Manage and executing operations flow
· Reconcile returns and exchanges
· Understand the current system’s capabilities and limitations, and continuously implement improvements for systems and processes
· Provide support for other e-commerce operations, and projects when required
· Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
MarketPlace
Formulate and execute strategies and campaigns to meet marketplace contribution targets with full responsibility on budget management, performance review, optimisation and analysis
· Annual Strategic Planning
· Monthly Sales & Marketing Promotion Plan and Execution across departments
· Key liaison with all MarketPlace Accounts
· Range Introduction & Revitalisation
· MarketPlace Reports
· Responsible for MarketPlace KPIs
· MarketPlace System, Customer Service, Returns/Refund & Operational Issues
· Provide support for other marketplace operations, and projects when required
· Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Education & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences from retail or related industries such as FMCG/Luxury brands
- Online marketing experience from the same or similar industry.
- Experience in working with creative agency and media agency
- Resourceful, meticulous with good project management skill
- Self-motivated, independent, team player and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous & commercial focused
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent command of English; both written and spoken
- Possess strong presentation, written and interpersonal skills
- Social media savvy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
