Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Medical Director of Business Development to lead and enhance our growth initiatives. This role combines deep medical expertise with business acumen to drive partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and support our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for business development that align with organizational goals and market needs.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, commercial, and regulatory affairs to drive product and service innovations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry leaders, and potential partners.
- Oversee market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions and identify growth areas.
- Lead negotiations and manage relationships with external partners and collaborators.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, meetings, and professional events to enhance our market presence and credibility.
Qualifications
- Min Bachelor Degree in any discipline with a strong background in TCM medical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a related area within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
