Description:
- Ensure opening (from 9.00am or earlier if needed) and closing of facilities.
- Conduct daily routine checks of all Moberly Block facilities and equipment. These include alarm systems, lightings, aircons & equipment, etc.
- Liaise with cleaning or IT supervisor and/or relevant departments (eg. Estates, INDT, etc) on any cleanliness, breakdown matters or access card system. Upon approval by SD, arrange for maintenance or repair works when needed.
- Monitor the proper usage of facilities and equipment at Student Hub @Moberly. Advise users against improper usage of facilities and report any misuse to SD Staff or Campus Security.
- Manage the issuance of access cards to the facilities at Student Hub @Moberly based on the internal bookings in the shared folder.
Requirement:
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in counter/customer service.
- Possess a valid First Aid Certification throughout the entire contract period. If certification is expiring before the start of the contract date, please provide proof of registration for renewal.
- To be able to converse in English and write simple reports or statement of account using MS Office applications
- Should be physically fit to be able to handle movement of goods/store keeping between several floors, sometimes without lift access
