Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve application incidents and requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement long-term solutions, and improve overall system reliability
- Document knowledge and solutions for future reference and share expertise with team members
- Provide 24/7 support, including on-call duties, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Able to read source code as part of troubleshooting.
- Linux, Windows, and Solaris operating systems
- Desirable skills:
- RHEL shell scripting and RedHat Ansible experience
- Knowledge of SpringBoot, SpringBatch, and AWS services (CloudWatch, S3, RDS, EKS, API GW, EC2)
- Familiarity with Financial Clearing and Payment Systems, ISO20022 standard
