This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Delivery Operations Manager. The incumbent works hand in hand with counterparts based in Singapore including Service Line Heads, and with other iCompaz functions and Delivery Teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish the framework and Standard Operating Procedures for the strategic client and eventually expand these to the rest of Infosys Compaz
- Work closely with Head of Delivery and Service Line Heads responsible for delivery to the strategic client on various day to day operational matters including tracking of financials, resources allocation and deallocation, contracts review and approvals, hiring based on client needs etc.
- Manage various optimization and simplification program initiatives, achieving stated outcomes are achieved within agreed timelines
- Work closely with Infosys Quality team and delivery teams to ensure client buy-in and agreement for automation for overall success
- Coordinate with Infosys Quality team re various quality initiatives rollout including ISO certifications
- Work closely with Infosys TPD team to ensure all training and certification programs are delivered and resources are certified/licensed to operate in client environment
- Work closely with Infosys Compaz Chief Delivery Officer and other client account delivery teams to ensure items requiring cross-delivery teams’ attention are dealt with on a timely basis
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or related field in engineering
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in managing programs and initiatives executing them successfully to closure
- Knowledge in various Quality frameworks and methodologies, and able to apply the same work in conjunction with Infosys Quality team to drive quality-related programs
- Understanding of financial reporting and resources management including managing resources on bench
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Good communications and networking skills; boundary spanner
