We are seeking for a IT Governance Specialist on behalf of our client, a FinTech Company, to oversee IT and cyber risk frameworks, policies, and procedures. You will act as a key advisor and control point between the first, second, and third lines of defense.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main contact for risk, audit, and regulatory matters.
- Drive technology risk management initiatives aligned with best practices and regulations.
- Identify and escalate technology risks, manage incidents, and track action plans.
- Advise stakeholders on IT/security obligations and compliance.
- Conduct self-assessments, risk awareness training, and audits.
- Streamline IT and cyber risk management processes.
- Prepare regulatory and management reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Information Technology or relevant field.
- 7+ years in IT, with 3-5 years of specialized experience in IT Governance or risk management.
- Experience in financial/payment sectors with regulatory knowledge (e.g., MAS TRM, CCOP) preferred.
- Familiarity with IT/Cyber operations, governance, and compliance.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC) are a plus.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
