A local SGX-listed MNC, providing an international multi-faceted solution, with businesses spanning across the Marine, Offshore O&G, Construction and Real Estate industries, is inviting an individual to join its team as a Valuer/Valuation Officer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide valuation for all types of properties in Singapore
· Carry out site inspections, prepare valuation reports and ensure timely completion of assignments
· Provide valuation, research, and advisory services for a variety of statutory boards, MNCs, banks and financial institutions, legal firms, agencies, and real estate developers
· Involved in business development to generate new business for the department
· To conduct site inspection on a daily basis
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimally a Diploma / Degree in Real Estate or equivalent discipline
· Possess good communication skills
