As a Waste Recycling & Recovery manager He/She will report to the Managing Director directly.
1. Have to be very familiar with the machines which we are operating (Vicoplan - VAZ 1800) HSM H/D Shredder, AXO Mobile shredder Unit, Garner Degausser and the Industrial Smart Baler.
2. KPI is to ensure that the downtime should not be more than 2 hours for all the machines.
3. Past experience in manging the abovementioned machines and supervising the team of technicians to manage the machines is preferred.
4. Supervision and guidance must be handled by the candidate and tools and budget will be provided. 5.Leading technicians team, offering guidance and supervising the frontline staff from the different departments using the machine.
6. Setting performance goals for the technical Teams.
7. Outlining and implementing goals for the company's Technical Team and department.
8. Evaluating the technical team to determine the impact it could have on a company's goals.
9. Monitoring the management of all databases, hardware and software and projecting the company's future technology and technical needs
10. Defining strategies for technology and technical processes to meet the requirements for privacy and security
11. Creating and monitoring the Technical department's budget
12.Communicating the company's technology strategy to executives and other key stakeholders
13. Monitoring current trends in technology and using this knowledge to improve their own company's approach to technology
14. Evaluating an organization's current infrastructure, technology and technical process in implementing new systems to improve it.
Requirements
A. Able to work long hours to ensure smooth operation.
B. Shift work is compulsory - 5.5 days week
c. Standby mode after work in case of machine is down
d. Singaporeans and Permanents residents are preferred.
e. Able to drive is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits
Salary based on Experience $7000- $7500
