Responsibilities:
- To maintain and update of delivery order & purchasing request system.
- To maintain, compile and files record office documentations.
- Daily administration duties as given by HOD.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O level
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Able to multi-task effectively and work independently as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word & Excel
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.45pm)
- Preferable those living in Jurong or Boon Lay area
- Able to start ASAP
