Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, including manpower planning, material management, recruitment, client liaison, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Manpower Planning: Coordinate and plan daily workforce deployment to various job sites to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Monthly Material Planning: Oversee the planning and procurement of cleaning materials and supplies to ensure timely availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Recruitment: Manage on-site recruitment processes to ensure the team is staffed with qualified and reliable personnel.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular site inspections and training sessions as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational activities, performance metrics, and client feedback using Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Skills:Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
