Position: Optometrist
Salary: $3,200 + Commission
Time: 11 am – 9 pm
Location: Harbourfront
Responsibilities:
- Guide Customers with Style: Stay updated on eyewear trends, frame designs, and lens technologies to provide expert advice on the most stylish and flattering options.
- Conduct Eye Exams: Perform comprehensive eye examinations using advanced diagnostic tools to determine accurate prescriptions and assess eye health.
- Personalized Recommendations: Understand customers’ preferences and lifestyle to recommend eyewear that suits their vision needs and personal style.
- Ensure Optical Precision: Measure, adjust, and fit eyewear to ensure comfort and perfect lens alignment for optimal visual clarity.
- Lens Selection: Advise customers on lens options, including materials, coatings, and specialized features like anti-glare, blue-light filtering, and UV protection.
- Deliver Excellent Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide post-purchase support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay Current and Influential: Participate in industry events, share knowledge through social media, and host workshops to stay at the forefront of eyewear trends.
- Contact Lens Expertise: Assist customers with selecting and fitting contact lenses, and manage inventory using advanced systems.
Requirements:
- Must be a Licensed Optometrist with OOB in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of optical science, lens technologies, and fashion trends in eyewear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with precision in measurements and adjustments.
- Familiarity with contact lens fitting, dispensing, and aftercare.
- Experience in the Singapore market and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.
