Responsibilities:
- Conduct healthcare market research and build up research database (including completed healthcare transactions in the past few years, active healthcare deals in SEA, etc)
- Perform comparable companies and competitive analysis
- Preparation of presentation materials (eg. investor deck, opportunities briefing, etc)
- Assist with all M&A activities (including collating and cleaning up data received, preparing and performing financial analysis, due diligence, execution work and financial modelling)
- Assist with preparation of presentation materials for internal audit
- Assist with ad-hoc reviews and special projects
- Assist with admin duties for meetings
- Any other work areas assigned
Requirements:
- Accountancy/Business undergraduate (preferably in 2nd or 3rd year of studies)
