- Position Title: ADMIN CUM DEBT RECOVERY OFFICER
- Working Location: Defu South
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8 am – 4.30 pm. Sat, 8am - 1pm
- Duration: Permanent
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, faxing, copying and -printing
- Able to handle orders from email, phone call or whatsapp.
- Create invoices using Quickbooks as and when orders received and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices by dates for respective customer.
- Record keeping of daily deliveries.
- Ensure copies are returned back to the office.
- Ensure deliveries are completed and bills are amended accordingly.
- Boxing of old invoices according to months once GST period is over and to ensure records match details in system.
- Proper updating of prices.
- Assist on any debt recovery calls and coordination if necessary
Need to have computer skill, Quickbooks & Microsoft excel.
