Responsibilities:
Drive the deployment and management of the SaaS platform using DevOps tools, ensuring optimal software performance.
- Implement Company’s in-house software platform in SaaS mode as part of a project team.
- Oversee non-functional testing, performance topics, and stability of the SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with integration teams to adapt interfaces between client systems and Company software.
- Design and deploy operational tools for automation, monitoring, and management of the SaaS environment.
- Serve as a technical contact for SaaS clients, providing support and handling incident escalations.
The successful Cloud Infrastructure Consultant will have a solid engineering knowledge of system administration, SQL, AWS Cloud and Java Software Engineering with an exposure of managing the delivery of infrastructure to SaaS clients.
Skills/Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SaaS, or software deployment roles.
- Proficiency in Java, Groovy, Python, Shell scripting, and Unix systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and GIT.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
