- Attend to the customer enquiries and phone calls
- Coordinate with clients for job's schedule arrangement, assign technical to carry job accordingly.
- Check and follow up company emails from customers
- Must be able to apply Microsoft excel and calculation
- Must be able to work independently
- Prepare Quotation and invoices (simple quotation)
- Liaise with suppliers to render their service and spare parts required (Purchasing, Generate Purchase Orders)
- Order the spares from suppliers in both Singapore and Overseas
- Assist sales in preparation of sales and AR report
- Monitor stationary, pantry and to replace
- Other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
