Job Title: Physiotherapist
Job Brief
We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs that improve or restore human motor functions, maximize movement ability, relieve pain, and treat or prevent physical challenges associated with injuries, diseases, and other impairments.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions to diagnose problems and plan appropriate treatment regimens.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients’ physical conditions and individual needs.
- Utilize a variety of techniques, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
- Educate patients and their families about exercises and movements to aid recovery and improve well-being.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain detailed treatment notes and records for healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with other health professionals, including doctors, occupational therapists, and social workers.
- Provide education and support to patients’ families and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- AHPC Registered
- Proven work experience as a Physiotherapist.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, kinesiology, and therapeutic exercise.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with patients.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good health and physical fitness.
