Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Manage and oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, including monitoring performance against budget and providing recommendations for improvement
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in finance roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications
