Location: Juying Secondary School, 33 Jurong West St 91, Singapore 649038
Contract Period: 1 Dec 2024 to 30 Nov 2025 (with an option to extend for one year)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
- Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
- Note: No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Objective:
To support the administrative functions of Juying Secondary School by providing competent administrative assistance in various office tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Assistance:Attend to students' requests and needs at the General Office.
Assist students who report unwell or have minor injuries.
- Document Management:Receive and process forms and documents submitted by students (e.g., financial assistance, bursaries).
Record incoming and outgoing mail.
Sort, file, and manage general office documents.
- Data Entry and Reporting:Perform simple data-entry tasks (e.g., listings, surveys).
Assist in maintaining accurate records of office activities and reports.
- Vendor Coordination:Receive and manage deliveries from vendors.
- Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to various office operations as assigned by the school.
- General Office Duties:Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as required by the school.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an administrative role.
- Education:Minimum 3 GCE 'O' Level passes including English, or
NITEC (Office Skills) or āNā Level certificate.
Candidates with relevant experience but without the required educational qualifications may be considered.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and vendors.
- IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling documents and data entry tasks.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle challenges effectively.
