Description:
- Attend to students’ requests at General Office
- Attend to students who report unwell at General Office and/or have sustained minor injuries
- Receive forms and documents submitted by students (Egs: relating to financial assistance and bursaries matters)
- Assist in recording incoming/ outgoing mails
- Sorting and filing of general office documents
- Simple sorting of documents and simple data-entry (listings, surveys)
- Receive deliveries to General Office by vendors
- Provide admin support to office operations as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 or more GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English, or NITEC (Office Skills); or ‘N’ level certificate
- Officers without the required ‘O’ level passes but with relevant work experience could be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to handle multi-tasks in a fast-pace work environment
