Job Objectives
The successful applicant will be in charge of specific, general and/or transversal topics which need to be analyzed and prepared for decision-making by the management about recurrent and operational/functional/strategy activities.

Primary responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure end-to-end Governance for the Region which may include country reviews, regular performance and business reviews (eg. Annual, bi-annual, quarterly, monthly, etc).
- Manage governance of Strategy implementation for Commercial, Services, Defence and Space and Helicopters leveraging the One-Roof strategy aligned to our business ambitions.
- Regular governance on the progress of programs, deliveries, delays and cash collections
- Implement in the form of reports format, dashboard, documentation that is easily understood for a quick overview of the region’s business and overview in a meaningful way
- Regular drumbeat and reviews with Lessors and Engine OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in the region to support regional needs and new opportunities
- Monitor the GAM (Global Account Management) Program with key KPI and performance management
- Support the Head of Region, APAC on the overall alignment with country-level specific strategies and the roll-up to the regional strategy
- Coordinate with different stakeholders, internal and external to ensure alignment in strategy
- Ensure the success of implementation of the overall One-Roof strategy in APAC in a timely manner
- Prepare and organize board meeting bi-annually and ensure that governance, finance topics, ethics and compliance
- Organize Asia Pacific leadership meetings and performance review for all Customer Affairs activities in Asia Pacific
- Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the Customer Affairs function, regional topics and managing a variety of special projects
- Representative for Enterprise Risk Management (Risk & Opportunities), Health & Safety, Data protection, business continuity & crisis management for Airbus Singapore
- Interface with government bodies such as EDB (Economic Development Board) and develop partnership and support between Airbus and local government.
- Take minutes, management instructions and draft letters on behalf of Head of Region, APAC
- Organize the network within Customer Affairs, internal customers at Airbus, Airbus Group and suppliers.
- Set-up and drive escalation processes related to Customer Affairs & regional topics from business.
- Consolidate business presentations on specific topics. Draft documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for executive management
- Organize all staff events and quarterly townhall events to enhance communication between the Head of Region, APAC, business, and APAC community; demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
- Research, prioritize, and follow upon incoming issues and concerns addressed to Head of Region, APAC, including those of sensitive or confidential nature
- Act as a “barometer”, having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the Head of Region, APAC updated
- Assist in coordinating specific meeting attendance or attending on behalf of the Head of Region, APAC
- Take initiative in the short absence of the Head of Region, APAC, coordinate and delegate work to others when necessary
- Consolidate regional performance indicators and drumbeat action plan in improving customer, operations, finance, people KPI.
- Support Head of Region, APAC in developing and implementation of regional strategies.
- Manage the overall Head of Region’s office activities including any additional responsibilities as and when required by the HO (Head of) Region
Secondary Responsibilities
- Administration task pertaining to management of AS (Airbus Singapore) as a subsidiary.

Professional skills
- Previous working experience in similar role(s) or in leadership position supporting management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field

- Project Planning and Project Management Experience preferred
