Job Description
- Ensure that contractors adhere to the regulations set forth by Singapore's building authorities and government agencies.
- Inspect construction materials and workmanship for quality and compliance.
- Coordinate the work of architectural subcontractors and specialist work contractors (SWCs).
- Collaborate with consultants, design teams, and construction teams to address and resolve construction challenges and site issues.
- Manage and monitor the progress of architectural works on-site, ensuring that they stay on schedule.
- Review and interpret requirements, codes, working drawings, shop drawings, and specifications related to architectural work.
- Prepare, review, and manage Requests for Information (RFI) concerning architectural works.
- Oversee architectural planning, coordinate with consultants, and manage documentation, including monitoring sample submissions and tracking the approval status of drawings.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Architectural coordination with A1 main contractor
- LTA projects experience and BIM for design coordination will be added advantage
- Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES
- Have at least 2 year of RTO related experience
