**Job Title: Site Project Manager**
**Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Manage and supervise construction projects on-site in Singapore.
2. Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.
3. Implement quality control measures to meet project requirements.
4. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
5. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
6. Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Oversee budget management and cost control for projects.
8. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.
9. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on-site.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
1. 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction.
2. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
3. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
4. Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
5. Solid project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
6. Experience in construction management and site supervision.
7. Ability to manage budgets and control project costs.
8. Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
9. Proficiency in risk assessment and management.
10. Familiarity with schedule management to ensure project deadlines are met.
11. Post-secondary education or diploma in a relevant field.
