Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts and month end closing;
- Prepare GST returns;
- Prepare monthly payment by internet banking or cheque payment;
- Liaise with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents for company related matters;
- Prepare staffs payroll, CPF submission, IR8A & IR21;
- Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting;
- Ensure timely preparation of balance sheet schedules;
- Ensure compliance with accounting policy and procedures; and
- Assist in any ad hoc assignment.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, ACCA or Equivalent;
- Procient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint;
- Positive, organised, proactive, meticulous and responsible individual;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently;
- Strong sense of task ownership;
- Good knowledge of SFRS/IFRS; and
- Those with IT background/experience especially in modern automation tools are highly desired.
