Responsibilities:

  • Greet and meet passengers who have made an appointment to engage the SC service at the information counters at the transit departure cross-roads.
  • Contact passengers who are late for their appointments.
  • Provide shopping recommendations, brand and product information and alert passengers to promotions (face to face, messages, video , live chats).
  • Handle passengers’ retail enquiries and attend to passengers with shopping needs (face to face, messages, video , live chats) .
  • Provide passengers with information onretail programs such as Rewards program, Millionaire club, Christmas promotions or other on-going events, etc.
  • Roving multiple areas such as information countersor retail areas to extend service to passengers who require retail assistance during non-appointment or non-peak hours.
  • Provide comprehensive information on retail offerings at passengers’ request.
  • Provide assistance on directions between terminals for passengers who wish to go to another terminal to shop.
  • Engage passengers during monthly SC-themed Delights giveaways or activities (to propose annual calendar of themes and giveaway items, and source for the relevant items, subject to approval).
  • Assist with collecting retail ground insights via engagements with passengers.
  • Provide general assistance to passengers such as wayfinding, providing flight info, facilitating passengers with requests for trolleys, carrying shopping bags, tax refund procedure, etc.
  • Hand over passengers to CSOs at the information counters or roving CSOs for complex customer service requests according to handover SOP.
  • To adhere to SOP on the handling of unattended baggage, medical emergencies and highlighting all faulty systems to the fault management centre.
  • Support retail marketing and publicity campaigns such as but not limited to, issuance of flyers, namecards etc, and actively participate in and support collaborations with tenants in the forms of promotions, exclusives, campaigns, etc.
  • Attend to appointment requests, enquiries or after-service support on web-based and mobile communication applications required.
  • Handle Rewards Programme sign-ups (if applicable).
  • Proactive engagement of passengers to introduce and suggest facilities, particularly retail and F&B options.
  • Provide assistance and advice to passengers on GST Refund procedures (if applicable).
  • Offer shopping tours during non-appointment time slots.
  • Assist with coordinating 30 days shopping guarantee with tenants.
  • Take part in promotions or publicity campaigns / activities such as photoshoots, filming or conducting tours for partners / stakeholders.
  • Handle general airport enquiries.
  • Provide “Extra Mile” Service to delight passengers.
  • Offer giveaway items.
  • Offer trolley assistance.
  • Assist passengers with their flight information queries and direct them to appropriate gates or provide assistance on directions.
  • Provide assistance to passengers near transfer lounges on flight connection/ transfer queries.
  • Take photographs for passengers.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service handling.
  • Experience in luxury/ brand promotion work added advantage.
  • Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pro-active and is comfortable interacting with passengers.
  • Comfortable to commit to rotating shift pattern.
