You will own the EDM and CRM portfolio, taking responsibility for achieving business objectives and building the customer lifecycle journey for all our valued customers. This role requires a strong strategic EDM marketing mind to continuously develop new possibilities to acquire, convert, and retain customers for the brand while delivering world-class marketing campaigns to match the product.
Responsibilities
Email Marketing Campaigns:
- Strategically plan, manage, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, sales, and conversions.
- Utilize various EDM marketing strategies to achieve business goals and enhance customer experience.
- Oversee EDM content strategies, collaborating closely with the Marketing Communications team to implement final content within EDMs.
Campaign Optimization:
- Continuously review and assess campaign performance, staying up-to-date with CRM best practices and industry trends.
- Conduct regular A/B testing to optimize email and SMS campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Customer Lifecycle Management:
- Develop and execute EDM and CRM strategies focusing on driving outcomes across all customer life stages, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Design and implement targeted EDM campaigns for specific customer segments, such as early life, active, retention/churn, and more.
SMS Marketing:
- Strategize, drive and implement SMS marketing campaigns to complement email marketing efforts and optimize cart abandonment EDM clickthrough rates.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer data to inform future strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on CRM activities, performance metrics, and ROI to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 6 years’ experience, with >3 years performing hands-on regional CRM or EDM Marketing in an e-commerce environment
- Strong understanding of B2C/ D2C consumer behaviour/ needs
- Experienced in strategizing and executing tactical and always-on EDM strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Possess deep insights of loyalty and retention programs, as well as Customer Lifecycle concepts.
- Highly proficient in the setup and execution of email marketing management systems.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, segmentation, and campaign performance measurement.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
