Job Description
1. Attend to students’ requests at General Office
2. Attend to students who report unwell at General Office and/or have sustained minor injuries
3. Receive forms and documents submitted by students (Egs: relating to financial assistance and bursaries matters) 4. Assist in recording incoming/ outgoing mails
5. Sorting and filing of general office documents
6. Simple sorting of documents and simple data-entry (listings, surveys)
7. Receive deliveries to General Office by vendors
8. Provide admin support to office operations as assigned
