Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $2,200 (4 days) - $2,500 (5 days)
Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing clients to promote new services.
- Successfully upgrade client packages and achieve sales targets.
- Handle inquiries and email correspondence.
- Maintain and manage a list of calls to fulfil daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
