The aim of this role is to be the primary consultant to communicate and engage with various clients and provide solution design to fit with their technology requirement needs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Will take on the lead role in pre-sales technical designing for cyber security related products.
- Involve in business and sales presentation and formulate a technology proposal suited to the client.
- Work closely with project management and service delivery to ascertain adherence to the plan.
Position Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related field.
- 2 to 4 years working experience in pre-sales activities or hands-on experience in Cyber Security Technology and solutions support.
- Strong communication skills, ability to present in large group and an expert in Cyber Security, Network products.
- IT certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, CEH is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge in various IT products such as Trellix, Check Point, Endpoint Security, Firewall, Content Security, Netskope, Skyhigh Securities, Versa Networks.
