Diagnose & troubeshoot all types of marine issues
Repair known or discovered issues with the highes level of quality

Ability to interact with customers to explain problems and/or solutions
Attendence and TImeliness Mandatory
Notify parts for all required parts and necessary timeframes.
- Conduct basic installation of technical solutions following predefined procedures and tasks in everyday activities
- Escalate technical issues to more senior level technical specialist and supports more senior level technical specialists in complex deployments
- Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades and deployments
- Establish and build positive customer relationships and assure complete customer satisfaction at the assigned accounts by adherence to the following: prompt onsite arrival time, technical expertise, knowledge of customer environment, professionalism, and periodic visits as needed
- Perform part replacements as directed by the technical support lab. This includes the timely and accurate submission of all associated documentation, part return within 24 hours of the events.
Requirements:
- 5 years + experience in relevant position (Marine Sector)
- Ideally have come from a trade/tools background
- Must have experience with working over water, piling and temporary work environment.
- Extensive commitment and understanding of all matters relating to health & safety and the environment
- Demonstrated experience in directing and managing your own labour force to achieve the desired outcome, keeping in mind commercial constraints
- Previous experience in self-performing works, with hands-on experience.
