Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to manage order processing and ensure high customer satisfaction by handling orders, inquiries, and maintaining exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, processing purchase orders, managing stock returns, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Process and manage customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment. Handle stock returns and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment. Generate packing lists, monitor account credits, and maintain accurate customer account details. Manage credit/debit transactions efficiently and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the order processing function. Resolve customer complaints and improve service procedures. Provide feedback to management to enhance products and services.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or related field
· At least 1 year of experience in order processing for Retail or FMCG industry
· Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
· English and Chinese language skills for liaising with clients
· Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, and a team player
· Adaptable to a fast-paced working environment with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook) and SAP/Navision
