Job Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the Infrastructure services group to partner business leaders to identify business requirements and opportunities for service expansion and provide solutions that enable business growth.
- Establish relevant policies, governance, security standards and architecture specifications to ensure the infrastructure is optimal and future ready to support business operations and growth.
- Lead the infrastructure services and drive high performance, maintain well-being and development of a highly successful team.
- Lead and manage solutions partners, vendors and service providers to attain high level of quality solution / service performance expected and meeting all establish SLA/OLAs/Quality standard.
- Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives for infrastructure and operations. Conduct thorough assessments of current infrastructure services to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Infrastructure Technologies in a multinational corporation environment.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading a team of 10 or more people.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in managing or developing next generation infrastructure solutions. (e.g. SD-WAN, SD-Access, SASE, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of industry technology trends, and strong engagement of vendors, partners and associated product/service provider would be an advantage.
- Infrastructure technology certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCIE or equivalent) would be advantageous but not mandatory.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging stakeholders of diverse culture backgrounds to lead the region to achieve business goals.
- Strong analytical, organisation, project and team management skills.
- Effective influencing, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
