Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Visual Merchandising (VM) Executive to oversee and enhance their retail visual displays and showcases across Singapore and Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the retail industry and a strong passion for creating visually appealing store presentations. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to elevate the shopping environment and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Layout: Operate under the guidance of the VM manager to strategize and execute store layouts, encompassing the arrangement of products, signage, and fixtures, with the aim of augmenting product visibility and enhancing customer traffic flow.
Window Displays: Create eye-catching window displays that attract and engage customers, in line with seasonal promotions and product launches.
Planogram Management: Design and maintain planograms for various product categories to optimize space and sales.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor displays, and customer preferences to continuously improve visual merchandising strategies.
Budget Management: Manage the VM budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient execution of visual merchandising activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align VM initiatives with marketing campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications:
Retail Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience in a retail setting, preferably within the fashion or consumer goods industry.
Creativity: Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing displays and store layouts that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the retail landscape in both Singapore and Malaysia, including knowledge of local consumer preferences.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
